Senior/Lead Business AnalystSeeking a skilled Senior/Lead Business Analyst to join their team for a predominantly remote role, with periodic on-site meetings once a month. This is a 12+ month contract position.As a Senior or Principal Business Analyst, you'll be immersed in the dynamic environment of the Safety & Security Team, managing various programs and systems concurrently. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, engaging with architects, system analysts, project managers, developers, quality control leaders, and senior leadership within Safety & Security.Responsibilities include:Comprehending the business needs.Devising strategies to elicit functional business requirements from different unitsTaking the lead in requirement gathering sessions with business subject matter expertsThoroughly documenting business, functional, and technical requirements for Safety & Security project teams, encompassing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)Crafting detailed process documentation delineating current and future state business and technical processesMastery of BA-related PMLP delivery documentationActive participation in weekly meetings with project and Safety & Security teamsOffering functional testing support to development teams as necessaryQualifications & Requirements:Collaborative and proactive mindsetBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or related field8-10 years’ minimum experience in documenting functional and technical business requirementsDemonstrated problem-solving prowessProven experience in documenting system functional and technical requirementsExcellent oral, written, and verbal communication skillsRequired Skills: Business Analysis Additional Skills: Business AnalystThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
