Full Job Description JDB Engineering is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support and lead the design of electrical systems for commercial, manufacturing, food processing, healthcare, hospitality, education, and corporate facilities.

- Lead electrical design for new construction and renovations
- Design power distribution, lighting, grounding, emergency power & low voltage systems
- Support manufacturing and food process equipment coordination
- Prepare construction documents, calculations, and specifications
- Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, process, architectural, and structural teams
- Interface directly with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Mentor junior engineers and support QA/QC
- Assist with construction administration and field coordination
- BSEE or Architectural Engineering degree with 10+ years' progressive, technical experience in a consulting engineering firm
- Excellent communication skills and experience in preparation of electrical construction documents, client management, and project supervision
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and applicable energy codes
- Proficiency with Revit and electrical design tools
- Controls integration and PLC knowledge a plus
- Manufacturing or industrial facility experience a plus
