Caregivers in this unit are highly engaged and maintain a wide knowledge base with a special emphasis on cardiothoracic surgery, dysrhythmia management, telemetry monitoring, and heart failure. As an RN Resident on this unit, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off.
