Cleanroom Assembler Location: Carlsbad, CA Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | Early Morning Shift: 5:00 AM-1:30 PM Looking for Cleanroom Assembler work in Carlsbad? Medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods in a cleanroom or regulated environment. Comfortable working under FDA, ISO, and GMP standards. Experience with quality inspection tools such as microscopes is beneficial. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and documentation. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Follow SOPs, work instructions, GMP, FDA, and ISO standards. Perform visual inspections and quality control checks on finished products. Package medical devices according to strict specifications and compliance guidelines. Prepare products for sterilization, testing, and final release processes. Accurately complete production records, batch documentation, and quality forms. Maintain cleanroom cleanliness standards and follow strict gowning procedures. Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals. Support compliance with regulated manufacturing and safety requirements.
