Senior Training Specialist

Independently developing and delivering learning programs, the full-time Senior Training Specialist will manage complex training projects, support ongoing education for call center agents, and create resources that enhance frontline staff capabilities in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Analyze learning needs and define instructional goals, success metrics, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders Design and develop focused learning solutions, including soft-skill and competency-based curriculum, utilizing AI tools and workflows Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements using relevant multi-source data and established evaluation frameworks Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in learning design and facilitation across multiple modalities 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle instructional design and delivery projects independently Proficiency in designing instructional training that incorporates AI tools and workflows Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships across teams Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement and openness to feedback
