Process TechnicianOxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking a Process Technician to support hands-on operations in a fully onsite, direct hire role. This position will support a high-tech production environment involving specialized materials processing, quality assurance, process improvement, equipment operation, and robotic manufacturing technologies.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Candidates must have flexibility to work other shifts and occasional weekends as needed to support production deadlines.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations in an advanced manufacturing environmentOperate, monitor, and assist with manufacturing equipment and robotic production technologiesAssist with critical preparatory and operational processes, including material processing, forming, analysis, and related production activitiesSupport quality assurance processes and help ensure products meet internal quality standardsFollow established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures related to process improvement, product documentation, corrective action, and preventative actionDocument production activity, process data, quality findings, and operational updates as requiredAssist with troubleshooting equipment, process, or product-related issues in collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teamsTake a hands-on approach to supporting equipment operation, process consistency, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following company safety proceduresQualificationsAssociate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related fieldUp to 5 years of manufacturing, robotics, or related technical experienceExperience in a manufacturing or technical production environment preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environmentAbility to follow technical procedures, document work accurately, and support quality processesStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work alternate shifts and occasional weekends as needed
