This role focuses on high-level Hexagon CMM operation and PC-DMIS programming. Location: Fridley, MN

Wage: $30.00 $37.00/hr. | DOE

Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM | Monday Friday

Position Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the CMM programmer:

• Program and operate Hexagon CMMs using PC-DMIS
• Program and run OGP Vision Systems
• Complete accurate inspection reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards
• Conduct root cause analysis and product disposition
• Assist with Gage R&R and machine validation

Requirements of the CMM programmer:

• Advanced proficiency in programming Hexagon CMMs
• Extensive experience with PC-DMIS software
• Knowledge of vision system programming (OGP, Measure Mind, Zone 3, or Measure X)
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Background in a high-precision manufacturing environment
