• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently
• Communicate clearly and accurately with customers and team members

• Prior customer service experience is a plus (but attitude matters most!)

To be considered for this role, you must be willing to obtain your insurance licenses. We'll help guide you through the process, and we expect you to complete licensing requirements within the required timeframe. Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
