Distribution Center Associate Join Our Dollar Tree Family Where Hard Work Meets Opportunity We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our departments. Available Schedule and Shifts: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3 PM-11:30 PM): Base pay of $18.50 with a shift differential of $1.00 = $19.50/hr. 3rd Shift: (Sun-Thurs, 11 PM-7:30 AM): Base pay of $18.50 with a shift differential of $1.50 = $20.00/hr. *Eligibility for Performance Incentive! (ARP+)* If eligible you can plan up to $ 7.53 per hour for exceeding performance expectations. Positions: Order Selection Department: Pick in assigned location(s), while using a voice picking headset system. Label boxes and move onto the conveyor line. Meet production goals. Shipping Department: Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers. Meet production goals. Job Requirements: *No certifications required just a strong work ethic. * Ability to lift 5060 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes per hour. Previous warehouse experience, preferred.
