Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Corona, CA. Responsibilities:

Enter and process customer orders accurately, validating pricing, product details, and shipping information

Manage customer inquiries through Zendesk, responding within 4 business hours and resolving issues end-to-end

Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, changes, and backorders

Identify discrepancies and resolve issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Previous customer service or order entry experience preferred

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Zendesk or similar ticketing system experience preferred

Perks:

Shift: Hybrid - Remote Monday & Friday; In-office Tuesday through Thursday in Corona, CA (8-hour shift between 7 AM - 5 PM)

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $19.00/hour

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
