Huntleigh USA is seeking reliable, customer-focused Passenger Service Agents to join our team at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This is a fast-paced airport environment where exceptional service and safety are top priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed)
- Safely transport passengers throughout airport locations as requested
- Provide general information and directions to passengers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, staff, and the general public
- Coordinate with dispatch and airline gate agents for passenger assistance assignments
- Comply with all TSA checkpoint screening requirements and procedures
- Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual occurrences
- Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track passenger trips
- Perform other duties as assigned
Available Shifts (8-hour shifts)
- 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
- 12:00 PM 7:30 PM
- 2:00 PM 9:30 PM
- 5:00 PM Last Flight (may vary between 12:00 AM 2:00 AM)
