Monitor and assess the health of mothers and newborns during labor and delivery. Administer medications and manage labor-inducing treatments as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Educate and support mothers and families throughout the childbirth process. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
