Lube Technician / Apprentice Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, lubrication, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Continue learning and developing technical skills to advance within the company
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical skills or willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable transportation to Shelbyville, IN location
