ABOUT THE ROLE Conduct Quality inspections for footwear and/or apparel. Use effective knowledge, good judgment, and communication in a timely manner. Maintain QC Auditing skills to ensure consumer satisfaction and Skechers Brand integrity. WHAT YOU'LL DO Thoroughly communicates necessary QC Audit details to their immediate manager. Learn and follow QC Inspection Guidelines and Processes. Maintain QC Auditor training by attending daily meetings. Reports audit defects throughout the day by way of MS Teams QC group messages and photos. Ability to understand QC defect codes and record as needed. Recommends changes to the audit process to maximize efficiency. Travel to other distribution centers as needed. Follows all safety protocols and Skechers policies. Complete daily QC audits as needed. Communicates major quality issues in a timely manner. Any other related duties as needed. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Ability to understand basic manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Fluent in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English. Detail oriented, keeps track of projects. Communicates well with all team members using E-mail and MS Teams. Innovative and creative thinker. Self-Starter that gets things done. Possesses a sense of responsibility and ownership. Manages multiple projects and multi-tasks well. Maintains useful records. Promotes a strong sense of team, based on trust and mutual respect for others. Ability to work overtime as needed. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent. Order Picker Equipment Certified Knowledge of manufacturing is a plus. The pay range for this role is $21.00-$23.00./yr USD.
