Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available | Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Earn $710–$900+ Per Week with Base Pay, Commissions, and Bonuses Looking for a sales-driven role where you can earn commissions, build customer relationships, and grow your career? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring energetic Spa Sales Associates who thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments and enjoy helping clients commit to wellness through massage and facial memberships. This is not just a front desk job — this is a membership sales and guest experience role with strong earning potential and advancement opportunities. Compensation and Perks
• $14–$16/hour base pay
• Typical weekly earnings of $710–$900+ with commissions

• Flexible scheduling What You’ll Do
Membership Sales and Client Retention
• Sell massage and facial memberships to guests
• Explain membership benefits confidently and professionally
• Recommend services, upgrades, and wellness plans
• Follow up with potential members and inactive guests Keep the Spa Booked and Busy
• Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations
• Encourage pre-booking and recurring appointments
• Help maximize therapist and esthetician schedules Front Desk and Guest Experience
• Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Support a smooth and organized front desk operation
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience
• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
• Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available during peak business hours, including:
