Details MS/Tele unit with telemetry monitoring Patient ratio of 1:4-6 Day shift 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Epic charting system used Floating required to other units or sister facilities within a 75-mile radius as needed No block scheduling accommodations Requirements Active OK or compact RN license required BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required EKG course/telemetry test certification required Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required Experience with pacemakers, IV insulin protocols, and Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) required Epic charting experience required Experience with IV therapy, central/peripheral line care, PICC line management, and blood product administration Experience managing BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, oxygen therapy, and nasal cannula Experience with wound care/wound vac and isolation precautions/PPE Experience with cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, and rapid response/code team protocols Current, valid driver's license or state-issued ID required Utility bill in candidate's name with matching address within the last 3 months required Two supervisory references required Additional Information Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting including ortho, cardiovascular, neuro/psych, and plastics patient populations Maintain cardiac monitoring and respond to dysrhythmias and emergency situations Perform wound care, IV therapy, and manage various lines and drains Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible No local candidates accepted Maximum 5 days of RTO allowed per 13-week assignment; no holiday RTO permitted First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Former INTEGRIS employees must have a minimum of 1 year separation to be eligible Any gaps of 3 months or more in work history must be explained American Traveler Job ID P-753221.
