Order SelectorAutomation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working Order Selectors to join a dynamic team located in Bessemer Alabama. In this family run business, with growth potential, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge that will help you advance your career.Pay Rate$19.00 per hourSchedule and Hours2nd Shift, 3:00pm-Until finished. Order Selectors will work weekends as part of their regular 5-day work schedule.Order Selector Duties and Responsibilities• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions is required. Temperatures in Perishables Frozen Foods range from 51 degrees to -20 degrees.• Manage inventory, order status, and raw material quantity based on seasonal trends and other sales factors.• Loading boxes onto pallets to be shipped out.• Maintain all required records and reports• Communicate with vendors regarding any problems or issues with materials, delivery status, etc.Order Selector Qualifications and Requirements• Stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, twisting.• Ability to work under a production quota system.
