Roka Akor is seeking a passionate Floor Manager to join our leadership team at our Old Orchard location. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced restaurant manager—or a top-performing server or captain looking to make the transition into management.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead nightly dining room operations and inspire the service team.

• Coach, develop, and mentor servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.

• Ensure impeccable service standards and attention to detail.

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.

• Partner with the Executive Chef and management team to execute flawless service.

• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, training, and daily operations.

• Help build a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture.

• 2+ years of upscale or fine dining experience.

• Previous management experience is preferred but not required .

• Highly experienced servers, captains, or lead servers with leadership ability are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Strong food, wine, sake, and cocktail knowledge—or a genuine desire to learn.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure while leading a busy dining room.

• A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
