Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 12-hour Days (645am - 515pm) with a schedule from Monday to Friday.

Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for performing various cardiac catheterization procedures. This role requires expertise in both interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures, including but not limited to Left Heart Catheterization, High-Risk PCI, Right Heart Catheterization, Pacemakers, Peripheral Procedures, and Structural Heart interventions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist in high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions.
• Manage and care for patients undergoing various cardiac procedures.
• Utilize advanced imaging technologies and techniques as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cardiac cath lab specialty.
• Required certifications: BLS and either AART or RCIS.
• Education: Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited Technology program (CVT/Radiology).
• Proven experience in both interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures.
