Lead programs and projects, keeping goals, timelines, and budgets on track. Develop and launch new programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Improve operations by implementing systems, tools, policies, and procedures that promote efficiency and safety. Manage budgets and oversee assigned program funds. Build and support a high-performing team responsible for daily program administration. Partner with the Program Director on team development, performance appraisals, and employee matters. Collaborate across all levels of the organization to address concerns, escalate issues, and support coverage needs. Ensure programs stay aligned with established goals, guidelines, and requirements.QualificationsUse your leadership, strategy, and program management skills to move key initiatives forward.
