Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Confidential Skilled Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) Unit Manager to join our long-term care team in Wilmington, DE.
Pay: Up to $110,000/year Shifts available: 7:00am–3:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nurses and nurse aides on the unit
- Participate in daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team
- Implement and interpret organizational policies
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
- Address resident and family questions or concerns
- Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Previous Supervisor experience
