Blue Ridge Urology, a well-established practice serving Morganton, Lenoir, and Valdese, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our growing team. As part of the globally respected UNC Health System, you'll have the resources of a leading healthcare network while delivering personalized care in a welcoming community.

Why You'll Love This Role

Schedule: MondayThursday 8 AM5 PM, Friday 8 AM12 PM
Employment: Hospital-employed via Blue Ridge Medical Group
Caseload: ~30 patients/day, ~7 surgeries/week
Scope: Inpatient and outpatient care, standard urological procedures, ROBOT coming in 2026
Work-Life Balance: Supportive environment with a manageable schedule
