Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities You will assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Tasks include providing physical therapy interventions, transfers, mobility training, and electronic medical record documentation. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required). Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, transfers, and mobility training preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Start Date: 05/18/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts). Shift: 8 hours. Employment Type: Travel.
