What I Will Do as a Delivery Driver Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely and safe manner Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, in person or by phone Use Insomnia’s delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers Desired Skills/Experience Excellent time‑management and organizational skills Knowledge of the 2‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus Must have your own car, license, valid registration and insurance Must be able to pass a motor‑vehicle background check Must have a smartphone with a data plan Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older to be employed Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room by student Seth Berkowitz.
