Private Swim Instructor: Youth Skill & Safety Coach

YMCA of Greater Houston in Pearland is seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead instructional swim sessions for youth, ensuring safety and positive learning experiences. You will coordinate with families, track attendance and progress, and uphold YMCA policies and procedures. Providers will foster a supportive environment, deliver feedback, and contribute to program planning during staff meetings.
