Production Supervisor - Injection Molding | 2nd Shift

Agilent seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee second-shift injection molding operations in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The role involves directing production technicians and operators, maintaining safety and quality compliance, driving efficiency improvements, and collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management (or associate degree with substantial leadership experience), plus five years in manufacturing with two years of supervisory experience in injection molding.

Responsibilities

Supervise molding technicians, operators, and material handlers on second shift
Manage daily production activities and ensure schedules meet quality and customer requirements
Foster safety culture, conduct observations, lead incident investigations, and implement preventive actions
Drive compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality system requirements through process adherence
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams on process improvements and equipment optimization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing
Experience supporting injection molding operations
Strong understanding of production scheduling, quality systems, and manufacturing processes
Leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environment preferred

Compensation: $84,160-$131,500 per year plus bonus, stock, and benefits
