About the Role:

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Inspira Behavior , you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality ABA services to individuals with diverse behavioral needs. You will be responsible for developing evidence-based treatment plans , supervising behavior technicians and mid-tier staff , and ensuring effective client progress through data-driven decision-making.

This position is ideal for professionals looking to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment while making a direct impact on the lives of clients and their families. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of client care, offer ongoing mentorship and training , and play an active role in shaping the success of both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create and oversee individualized behavior programs to support client progress.
• Conduct Assessments – Perform evaluations (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) to guide treatment decisions.
• Supervise & Train Staff – Provide oversight, mentorship, and professional development for behavior technicians and mid-tier staff.
• Support Families & Caregivers – Offer parent training and collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure Data-Driven Decisions – Collect, analyze, and utilize treatment data to monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Manage Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate records, adhere to ethical guidelines, and ensure scheduling efficiency.
• Collaborate with Clinical Teams – Participate in clinical meetings, peer consultations, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current BCBA Certification (in good standing).
• Completion of BACB®-approved coursework .
• 1+ year of ABA experience and prior supervisory experience .
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations .
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation .
• CPR/First Aid Certification & TB test .
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift 20–50 lbs. as needed.
• COVID-19 vaccination & required immunizations (unless exempt).
