Brand Fusion is expanding its Nashville team and looking for an Event Promotions Assistant to support face-to-face promotional campaigns for nationally recognized brands.

This is a hands-on, people-focused opportunity combining events, brand promotions, customer engagement, and sales. You'll speak directly with customers, create positive brand experiences, and help turn interest into action.

Previous events or promotions experience isn't required. Paid training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship are provided.

Be Part of the Campaign

You'll work directly with customers as part of Brand Fusion's promotional activity in Nashville.

That means learning the brands and campaigns you're representing, confidently starting conversations, understanding what customers need, and helping them find the right product or service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting face-to-face promotional campaigns
• Representing nationally recognized brands professionally
• Engaging customers and creating positive interactions
• Learning product and service information
• Answering questions and recommending suitable solutions
• Supporting customers through purchases or sign-ups
• Contributing toward customer acquisition and sales objectives
• Building positive customer relationships
• Keeping customer information and records accurate where required
• Working with your team toward shared campaign goals

Bring Your People Skills

You don't need an events background.

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, sales, events, promotions, sports, or other people-facing environments can give you plenty of transferable skills.

We're particularly interested in people who are outgoing, reliable, organized, and comfortable communicating face-to-face.

You'll also need to be willing to learn, work well as part of a team, and stay positive in a busy environment.
