Data Entry ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data in our company's database systems, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of crucial information.Responsibilities:Enter data from various sources into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracyVerify and cross-reference data to maintain data quality and consistencyReview and update existing data in the system as neededScan and organize documents for digital filing and easy retrievalPerform regular data backups to ensure data securityGenerate and distribute reports as requested by managementMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationCollaborate with team members to meet data entry deadlines and goalsIdentify and report any discrepancies or errors in dataAssist with other administrative tasks as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredProficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelFast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPMStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracyExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyGood verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer skills and ability to learn new software quicklyPrevious data entry experience preferredExperience with database management a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlinesAdditional Information:All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
