Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy treatments to neonatal patients in the NICU. Monitor and assess patients’ respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Educate families on respiratory care techniques and equipment. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment decisions. Maintain accurate patient records and document all interventions. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in California. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU or pediatric setting. Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate demeanor and dedication to patient care. BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certification required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
