Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for diverse populations, including individuals and families, using secure telehealth platforms.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing client feedback.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams of therapists, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential documentation of case notes, treatment progress, and client interactions using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Stay informed on best practices and new developments in social work and mental health to continuously improve the effectiveness of your approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at I'm All Ears, you will work with a varied client base that includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma, your ability to provide tailored therapeutic support will have a profound impact on clients' paths to healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical practice, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapy techniques.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
• Commitment to delivering ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive care tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community mental health setting or telehealth environment.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.
• Proven history of successful collaboration with healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
