Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Douglas, Georgia. The role requires 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week, in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active State License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARCA.
