Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct a range of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests—spanning fields like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—all within established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibrations on laboratory apparatus.
• Support specimen collection efforts and facilitate sample preparations as necessary.
• Diligently document all laboratory processes, mentor new team members or interns, and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Maintain a tidy, secure workspace and conform to regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent qualification in allied health fields, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Retain current certification throughout the course of your employment.
