Compensation and Schedule Starting Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hr (plus shift differential if applicable) Part‑time / Full‑time: Both available Shifts: 24/7 hotline—shifts may be available throughout the day. At least one weekend day is required for all counselors. Some holidays will be required as well (at 2x pay). Location: This is NOT a remote position; the hotline center is located at 144th and Pacific/Dodge in Omaha, NE.
