Affordable Housing Community Manager (LIHTC/HUD)

Fairfield is seeking an Affordable Community Manager to lead property operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance for LIHTC/HUD programs at Cypress View Villas in Weatherford, TX. You will manage a team, control the annual budget, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance. Ideal candidates have LIHTC experience, HUD knowledge, and relevant certifications.
