Service Advisor - BMW CPO Nashville

Compensation $80k-$160k annually; $2,000/month draw + commission. Responsibilities Greets clients in a timely, friendly manner and welcomes them into the dealership. Conducts a walk‑around with the client, compiles vehicle data, and determines initial repairs. Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, establishes a “promised time” and follows up with the client accordingly. Monitors repair progress throughout the day, contacts customers about any changes to the estimate or promise time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs. Maintains the Customer Satisfaction Index rating in accordance with BMW standards, demonstrating elite customer service capabilities. Communicates with the client, BMW, and any third‑party company to ensure accurate and timely payments for authorized repairs. Advises customers on vehicle care and the value of maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications, using maintenance menus. Maintains a dealership‑prescribed standard for “hours per customer repair order written.” Understands and follows federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right‑to‑know requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience in a dealership position. General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations. ASE certification preferred. Sales experience preferred. Professional personal appearance. Excellent oral and written communication skills. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
