Additionally, we provide a 401(k)-retirement plan with company matching, paid holidays, and personal time off.Responsibilities:This opportunity supports DIA's Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) initiative focused on advancing intelligence analysis through Agile program management, AI assurance, analytic innovation, and ontology development.· The Lead AI Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV), and operationalization of all AI algorithms and models.· Provide technical leadership for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives supporting DIA analytic modernization efforts.· Develop AI architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies aligned with mission requirements.· Oversee AI model lifecycle management, performance evaluation, and operational deployment.· Collaborate with Government stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities.· Establish AI governance, quality assurance, and risk management processes.· Support integration of AI solutions into intelligence analysis workflows and enterprise systems.· Provide technical guidance on emerging AI technologies, best practices, and innovation initiatives.Required Qualifications:· An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.· Demonstrated experience leading AI implementation projects· Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.· Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degreeCome on board with a company that Values its Employees!Celestar Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
