Step into a dynamic role supporting students across K-12 settings, making a difference through your expertise in school-based occupational therapy. This contract opportunity lets you provide vital services to multiple schools in the vibrant South Florida region. Leverage your skills either in-person or virtually, with VOCO options available for candidates with the appropriate credentials.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for Florida
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse age groups (K-12)
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
• Experience with virtual therapy (VOCO) is highly desirable, but not required
• Credentialed and eligible to provide teletherapy according to Florida requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect OT services as determined by student IEPs
• Serve the following caseloads:
  -- 30 min/week at Bonita Springs Charter
  -- 2-3 hrs/week at Innovation Prep, Naples
  -- 30 min/week and 90 min/week at Dural (K-12)
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and track progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student participation and achievement
• Provide high-quality documentation, manage scheduling, and attend meetings as needed
• Begin supporting students from August 10th, helping set the stage for success this school year
