Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in the home health setting. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one therapy to patients in the comfort of their homes, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8-hour Day shifts
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 (May visit up to 6 patients per day)
- Productivity Standard: 30 points per day
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period
- Certifications Required: BCLS
- Travel: Own transportation required; drive radius of up to 60 miles daily
- COVID Requirements: Primary series vaccination and one booster required
- Oasis Experience: Required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates accepted (considered local within a 50-75 mile radius)
- Pursuing licensure candidates may also apply
- Confirm RTO restrictions with hiring manager
Working Environment
Candidates should expect a professional environment suitable for business casual attire. The facility allows scrubs, but they are not mandatory. Charting will be performed using EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover (phone app) along with Oasis for documentation.
