The achievements of our students in academics, fine arts, and athletics not only showcase their talents but also draws families to the New Ulm community.AVAILABLE POSITION: Custodial/Cleaning SubstitutesLocation: New Ulm Public Schools (multiple buildings)Job Summary: Participates in all building cleaning activities such as mopping, sweeping, or cleaning floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets; dust cabinets, desks, and building surfaces; clean glass partitions and windows; scrub, strip, wax, and buff floors; spot clean spills/stains on floors or surfaces; remove vandalism marks from building or equipment; clean, sanitize, and polish all washroom fixtures; fill dispensers, gather and dispose of refuse. May conduct ground maintenance including landscaping, snow removal, painting, raking, or other similar tasks. Consult with Lead Custodian regarding unusual maintenance problems and make recommendations concerning the purchase of supplies, material, and equipment.
