System Float Pool Nursing Assistant, Full-Time

Saint Luke's Health System is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our team. This is a great entry level position with on the job training available for an applicant that has been interested in joining the healthcare field but is not specifically certified. This opportunity is also a great position for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) that is looking for a supportive workplace to call home. You will have the opportunity?to?help improve hospital throughput and capacity while enhancing the patient experience by floating between departments as needed based on staffing and patient care needs. Shift Details: Part Time Nights 6:45pm-7:15am, 2 shifts per week ; Floats between all metro locations: Saint Luke's Plaza, East, North, South, & Smithville

The Work: ?

• Provides?patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN.?

• Provides?assistance with activities of daily living and care, such as bathing, personal hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation and positioning.?

• Anticipates?the patient's family needs in a proactive fashion.?

• Individualizes?and modifies?care according to the patient's needs.?

• Collaborates?with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.?
