What You’ll Do Perform assigned painting/wallcovering as directed. Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas (painting and wallcovering). Restore painted areas in vacated units to like-new conditions. Perform drywall repairs as needed. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Take all safety precautions concerning residents, staff and visitors (i.e. utilize 'wet paint' signs, safety cones, and caution tape). Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting Working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering. Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc. Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community. Doctor's statement verifying free from communicable disease, if applicable in your state.
