Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations for a skilled nursing population
- Provide daily treatments to a high rehab-to-home patient population
- Complete discharge planning and documentation in accordance with facility protocols
- Maintain a productivity standard of 90%
- Adhere to dress code requirements (black scrubs) and onsite presence expectations
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain
- Ability to start within 2–3 weeks
- Must be present onsite to receive expected weekly hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting strongly preferred
- Experience with rehab-to-home patient populations
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance standards
