Graphic Designer This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer based in the United States. As a Graphic Designer, you'll create high-performing visual assets designed to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll work across paid social channels such as Meta and TikTok, as well as ecommerce email marketing campaigns and lifecycle flows. Your designs will translate creative strategies, messaging, and performance insights into compelling, conversion-focused experiences. You'll produce a wide range of static, animated, and motion-based creative while developing multiple variations for ongoing testing. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with strategists, media buyers, editors, and other creatives in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll also contribute to creative quality, mentor junior talent, and help evolve design processes as the organization scales. Accountabilities Design static and animated advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, with a strong focus on performance and conversion. Translate creative strategies, hooks, messaging, and campaign objectives into clear, engaging, and visually compelling assets. Edit still imagery by incorporating motion elements, GIFs, subtle animations, and other techniques designed to improve creative performance. Produce multiple creative variations efficiently to support structured testing, iteration, and optimization. Write and adapt copy directly within advertising designs, including headlines, body copy, calls to action, and other messaging elements. Make thoughtful design and copy decisions that improve clarity, engagement, and conversion potential. Design high-performing email layouts for ecommerce campaigns, promotions, launches, and lifecycle marketing flows. Develop scalable, mobile-first email templates optimized for readability, usability, and click-through performance. Collaborate closely with strategists, media buyers, editors, and other creative team members to bring concepts from strategy through execution. Analyze performance feedback and apply campaign learnings to future creative concepts and iterations. Maintain organized design files, version control, and efficient creative handoff processes. Help train, guide, and oversee junior and freelance designers while supporting consistent quality standards. Review creative output for quality, brand consistency, strategic alignment, and performance potential. Create agency-facing materials such as pitch decks, strategy presentations, and internal presentations. Explore and use AI-powered design and creative tools to improve workflows and stay current with emerging technology. Requirements 5+ years of professional graphic design experience. Demonstrated experience creating digital advertising and performance-focused creative. Experience designing paid social advertising for ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands. Experience designing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle assets for ecommerce businesses. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Ability to create GIFs, animated ads, and light motion graphics from still assets using Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools. Strong understanding of how design, messaging, and creative concepts can influence engagement and conversion. Comfortable writing and adapting copy for advertising creative and making effective copy decisions within designs. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Receptive to feedback and comfortable working in an iterative, collaborative environment. Strong interest in marketing, performance creative, ecommerce, and conversion-driven design. Ability to work effectively with strategists, media buyers, editors, and other creative professionals. Experience using AI tools to support or enhance graphic design and creative production is highly valued.
