Registered Nurse- South Park

Registered Nurse (RN) Primary Care | Full-Time

Location: SouthPark, Charlotte, NC

Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $32 - $42 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a well-established primary care practice in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and provide direct nursing care.
• Perform telephone and in-office nurse triage, evaluating symptoms and determining appropriate levels of care.
• Administer medications, initiate IVs, and provide IV fluids as ordered.
• Educate patients on medications, diabetes management, and chronic health conditions.
• Coordinate medication refills, prior authorizations, and follow-up care.
• Respond to urgent clinical situations and assist with emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and collaborate with providers and clinical staff.
• Support daily patient flow and ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS if required for the assigned clinical area.
• Outpatient or primary care experience highly preferred.
• Strong assessment, telephone triage, and clinical decision-making skills.
• EHR proficiency and excellent communication skills.
