High School Diploma or equivalent.\n5+ years of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience.\nStrong experience handling lost-time and indemnity claims.\nExperience managing claims within Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), and Delaware (DE) jurisdictions.\nActive Delaware Workers' Compensation Adjuster License required.\nKnowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and industry standards.\nExperience using claims management systems and business software applications.\nStrong critical thinking, analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple claims effectively.\n\nPreferred Traits\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.\nProven ability to independently manage complex claims and drive files toward resolution.
