Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medical education team collaborating with key opinion leaders on educational materials
- Analyze market dynamics and customer needs to inform program development
- Establish metrics, monitor results, and define improvement action plans
- Build strategy and execution plans for medical education program offerings
- Drive improvements in delivery and adoption of orthopedic education programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of work experience
- 7+ years medical education experience preferred
- Medical device industry experience preferred
- 2+ years managing people preferred
Compensation: $118,000 - $256,000 USD annual
