Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Spanish-speaking Salesperson to join our team. Service Spanish- and English- speaking customers, guide vehicles purchases, and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell vehicles to Spanish- and English- speaking buyers
Communicate financing, features, and offers in both languages
Provide fast, accurate, and courteous service from greeting to delivery
Build customer relationships and secure referrals
Monitor inventory and promotions
Coordinate with finance and management to complete sales

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish & English) -fluent verbal and written skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license
Professional demeanor
Sales experience a plus; training available

Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos en busca de un vendedor bilingüe en español motivado y enérgico para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá una pasión por ayudar a los clientes a encontrar el vehículo perfecto, brindando un servicio excepcional en español e inglés .

Responsabilidades Principales:

Asistir a clientes hispanohablantes y angloparlantes en la selección y compra de vehículos.
Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional , asegurando una experiencia de compra satisfactoria.
Comunicarse de manera efectiva en español e inglés , explicando opciones de financiamiento, características de los vehículos y servicios del concesionario.
Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes para fomentar la recompra y referencias.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre el inventario, promociones y tendencias del sector para proporcionar información precisa.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de finanzas y gestión para completar las transacciones de ventas.

Requisitos:

Bilingüe en español e inglés (fluidez en comunicación oral y escrita).
Experiencia previa en ventas de automóviles es una ventaja, pero no es obligatoria —¡brindamos capacitación!
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de negociación.
Personalidad positiva, extrovertida y orientada al cliente .
Capacidad para sobresalir en un ambiente dinámico y basado en el trabajo en equipo .
Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a los procesos de ventas del concesionario.
Licencia de conducir válida y apariencia profesional.
