Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and professional Veteran Caregivers to join our team. As a Veteran Caregiver with Upscale Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, in-home care and support to veteran clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household chores
Develop and implement personalized care plans, in collaboration with our clinical team, to meet the unique needs of each client
Deliver compassionate and respectful care, promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring complete and timely documentation of client care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in caregiving and veterans' services
Requirements:
1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field (minimum)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to be trained in veterans' services and regulations
Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
