Estimator Position
The Estimator will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for ground-up projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
- Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and scope reviews
- Participate in preconstruction meetings and bid reviews
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Support project handoff to operations teams after award

A successful Estimator should have:
- 3+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Experience estimating ground-up construction projects
- Knowledge of healthcare, education, residential, or commercial construction preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency with estimating software and Bluebeam preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
